We felt very privileged to undertake a home automation project for this beautiful property located in Knightsbridge, London. The client was provided with a very high standard of home automation, using the Control4 control system to integrate Lutron lighting with lighting circuits, keypads and shading. This also included an audio distribution system to audio zones with indoor and outdoor speakers, a 5.1 Dolby Surround Media Room, and video distribution with zones of 4K video. The Control4 system also integrated zones of heating and cooling, automated door entry with doorstation and touchscreens controlling the electronic door lock and 4K security cameras. Delivering this town house project to a very high specification throughout, 3 bedrooms with ensuites were created, along with a kitchen, reception, dining room, breakfast room, media room, office, and a courtyard. A diligent approach to the works was adopted throughout, enabling us to deliver a very high standard home automation which delighted the client.
