• Free installation only comes with limited products.
• Installation or Free installation of the product is for a single visit by our engineer with a maximum of 8 hours. Any installation that requires another visit or exceeds 8 hours of installation time will incur an extra charge.
• Some of the products installation may require pre setup such us internet connection, power supply and others. It is your responsibility to ensure these provisions are made before our engineer arrives.
• The time of installation begins as soon as our engineer arrives.
• At the moment we don’t cover the all of the UK please enquire if we cover your area.
• To cancel or reschedule an installation time or date, you are required to give at least 24 hours’ notice.
